- Provide accurate instructions concerning alarms, keys, access cards, security systems, and authorized contacts.
- Secure valuables, confidential records, cash, sensitive equipment, and items that are not part of the agreed cleaning scope.
- Maintain the premises in a condition that allows services to be performed safely and lawfully.
5. Health, Safety and Hazardous Materials
WipeUp may suspend, postpone, or decline work where conditions present an unreasonable safety risk, where undisclosed hazardous materials are present, or where specialized remediation is required beyond the agreed service scope. Hazardous waste, biohazards, mould remediation, asbestos, sharps, controlled substances, and other specialized hazards are not included unless expressly agreed in writing and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
6. Scheduling, Changes and Cancellations
Service schedules, cancellation periods, rescheduling rules, emergency call-out charges, minimum service periods, and related fees should be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement. The website should not promise a universal cancellation or refund rule unless WipeUp applies that rule consistently across clients.
7. Fees, Invoicing and Taxes
